By accessing or using Noticeboard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Noticeboard (Pty) Ltd regarding your use of the platform.
Noticeboard's mission is to simplify communication between schools and families while enabling trusted community engagement. We provide the following services:
We allow schools and organisations to send notices, announcements, updates, and attachments to parents and members.
Users may create and manage Circles for structured communication (e.g., grades, teams, departments).
We provide a marketplace environment where approved businesses may advertise products and services to communities.
We provide secure login systems, role-based permissions, and user controls.
We monitor misuse, harmful conduct, and policy violations to maintain a safe environment.
We may analyze usage data to improve functionality, performance, and user experience.
Noticeboard may generate revenue through:
We do not sell personal data. We may display sponsored or commercial content within the platform.

Noticeboard may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of your content. By posting or uploading content (notices, ads, logos, images, videos, attachments), you grant Noticeboard a:
